When's the best time and is it better around tarevel beach
I just came back from fort Bragg, we camped at Caspar beach for a few days crabbing and fishing. Fishing only caught one tiny flounder. Crabbing however, I used crab snares from the shore and had decent luck, but hardly any keepers, in fact I only kept one keeper because it wasn’t female. For me it seems the peak of each tide is best, whenever the surf is at its most gentle works for me. The bait I used is anchovies and squid marinated in wilapa crab and shrimp attractant.
