Someone posted about AI the other day. I know it’s hard to believe news media, but they showed 2 images of Nancy Pelosi and Donald Trump. 1 was real and the other was created by AI. You can’t tell them apart but from having heard what each of them has spoken and then listening to the AI creation speaking contrary you would believe they had changed places with their agenda. We can all be fooled real easily. This is awfully scary

Right off hand I can’t think of a word but it is beyond scary in my opinion.

Frank, SciFi and reality are nearly merged with some of these developments. I've got a recommendation for all who are interested in this stuff. Watch " Valerie23 " from the Outer Limits (TV series ) : it's about an android companion developed by a tech company for civilian use. Not so much scary, as prophetic.
Easy to find on Motion, or other free streaming sites. Less than an hour, and entertaining as well as thought provoking.

I will look for it. News today were about how AI is being used to replicate singers voices. The people using it think it’s w great thing. I don’t think using this to take something away from the person is right.

Maybe they'll keep us around as s***es, or for entertainment, like gladiators or something. We might also be useful to them as builders for THEIR shelters, and to preform maintenance on them. Writers like Issac Asimov have pondered this since the 1950's and there was a silent film about a dystopian society in the 20's (?).Megapolis or some thing like that. It'll probably come back to me. As a senior, there's a dwell time for my memory sometimes.
