I've had a few customers that I have nicknamed Sunshine, because when they smile the whole room brightens. I think a person's smile is a manifestation of their attitude and outlook on life. I always looked forward to the delivery when I saw their name and I always left feeling peaceful and happy, just from seeing them, even for just a few moments.
