Last night I was trying to figure out what to do about the 4 day cabin reservation Wednesday thru Saturday night, I had a milder case last week that my wife got from me, she was telling me to see if a friend wanted to go. I called the Pleasure Cove resort and they were really good about cancelling the reservation.
I don't think I'd have felt right going, especially if Jeanne was still not feeling good...she started taking Paxlovid today, so that should start making her feel better.
Well, so I'll be looking to get out for at least a Thursday to Saturday night as soon as she's feeling better

Sorry to hear this. Hope she feels better soon.
This week would have been a great week too. The fish are finally movin into the shallows.
Last week was 1 week early.
Hope you can get there soon and catch a bunch.
Hope the recovery is quick.

Bummer. When I caught it last July Ibuprofen stopped headaches for about 20 minutes. Tylenol stopped headaches for an hour or so. Paxlovid stopped all symptoms and wiped out the virus. I asked the Doctor how it works and he said when you take Paxlovid the virus is dead and wonβt replicate. I said like bleach? He said pretty much.

Wife and I had the COVID back in Aug. We had had both shots and one booster. Our Doctor prescribed Paxlovid which had a 5 day regiment with 6 pills a day regiment of three pills in the morning and three at night. Worked good for us, but I had such a TERRIBLE taste in my mouth until I finished taking all of them. On the 6th day with no more pills, the bad taste went away.
