Fished the lower portion last night and the upper portion this morning. The creek is running very fast so you have to choose your spots wisely but if you do, you will catch fish. Caught three beautiful Rainbows last evening and two this morning. Three were pretty small (8-10 inches) and two were nice size (14-16 inches).

Great fishing! Nothing beats a stream experience. I have found that a "Colorado 4-0" spinner in an un-resistible lure for any trout stream. I don't know what you were using but give them a try. It's so fun to place the lure (not in a tree) in a great spot and spin it upstream past the bounders. Mark

Ive loved the creek for years, stayed at the campground and the lodge. Short road trip from Phoenix just to get out. Nice pictures

I live at Christopher Creek campground. Will be fishing Christopher Creek as soon as I get my Arizona lifetime license reissued, miss placed it.
