that would be my concern, he doesn't care about his people and if he is terminal anyway what does he have to loose. Of course us on the other hand would have to retaliate with battery powered weapons that are g****r and carbon neutral since misg****ring and g****l w*****g are a much bigger threats to man kind than nuclear war
