Not trying to start any trouble but my wife and I had a couple of those in a Marathon, FL restaurant in February. In our opinion they can't hold a candle to the ones with claws from the north. Are we missing something?
There is nothing like a Maine lobster, nothing.

Major, You're not missing a thing. I have never had a warm water Lobster. I only eat the cold water from up north. I have a Florida saltwater fishing license and they send me these notices and I just like sharing them with any Stager that might be going there for vacation.
I worked in Marathon Fl. three years before Irma (hurricane) came through. I managed a fish house where we had about 4,500 Stone Crab Traps and about 5,000 Lobster Traps, Please keep in mind that these are not Lobster they are Florida Crawfish. That's like comparing Apple to Oranges. They do not taste the same BUT very good. While working there I ate so many of them and Stone Crab Claws that I almost would preferer a hamburger. But that was a while ago, now I would like to have some more.
