Yummy. Steamed or boiled in fresh sea water. Dungeness is the best I have ever had.

I was using kayak but just far enough beyond casting distance from the shore snare crabbers. While waiting for the hoops to soak I anchor and also cast a snare. I actually caught 6.5" on a snare while waiting
