Good morning Troy and everyone. 37° and windy here, going up to 57° later here in Santee. Bad news on the property, between my observations and the home inspection, it's not gonna work out. I'll be withdrawing my bid, and keep looking. Oh well, life goes on. Gonna do a little looking around while we're here, and head home on Thursday. Stay safe and warm everyone and have a great day.

That sucks Fred,better to find out now something not right than after you purchase it. Keep grinding, you'll find the perfect place.

Thanks Guys. We even had our friends take a look before we came down, but they're not as critical as me, LOL. I definitely agree about the listings being accurate, none of the ones we've seen so far lived up to the description. Oh well .......

Jimmy my time with the highway dept I saw alot of storm damage.
Several homes with huge trees through the roof on a vehicle.
Lines down roads washed out n flooded.
One heavy ice storm had most roads blocked.
Mother Nature has no filter brother.
Massive damage BUT when she's at peace. We have so much beauty to look at n enjoy.
The good days outweigh the bad.
