I tried trout fishing once at Bennett, it was ok, I guess being a bass fisher you have space and move around a lot, that trout fishing thing with everyone being lined up shoulder to shoulder, wasn’t a big fan ok it. Not to mention how finicky the trout are. I did though on my first cast, caught a big one. Didn’t catch anything the rest of the weekend.

Hi everyone. I’m kinda new to bass fishing. Been fishing with rubber worms. Using a 6 foot rod with a spinning reel. Doing pretty well with the worms but would like to move up to crank baits but don’t know how to use them. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

My name is Frank, and I just joined the site, I live and fish out of Cedar Point NC....I fish inside and outside, today I fished for "spot"a great table fare, caught 14 just enough for dinner I think the fishing will improve once it cools off 80 degrees today. That's all for now...

Hello all. I'm new to fishing and signed up here to gain knowledge of the sport. I'm limited to the bank, but still enjoy getting out. Catfish and bass and crappie is typically what I catch.
Thanks for allowing me to join the sight and for the future knowledge

Hi, all!! Great to hear from you. Welcome to the snoopy site!! As you all know, I am a lazy fisherwoman...bobbers and short rods or cane poles. Ole fashion wiggle reds for bait. Every time I go out, I catch my dinner. Not a bad gig. Makes my tummy happy. LOL...well, you all have a happy holiday and a very happy and prosperous new year
