Has anyone fished Hunting Island in SC. Fish many times there myself over the years. Mostly in June & October. Never fished in the month of August until this week. Highly disappointed the pier has never been rebuilt on the south end of the island. Especially when it was an 1100 foot plus pier.
Hunting Island north of pier wait on high tide to start in Live shrimp and hook up on them reds Action is there.
We have fished the Fripp inlet many times and the inlet to the old lagoon. It is operated into two parts now. But some smaller reds were close in there this past Tuesday n Wensday morning early.
