As many of you already know I'm putting together a cook book" Recipes For Sportsmen By Sportsmen" My wife showed me a article in the 3023 Farmers Almanac on how to make a coffee alternative using acorns. That gave me the idea to add a chapter on " Wild Beverage Alternatives. Be they coffee or tea tonic or whatever, please post it here.
