You can insure your mutt now. About $30 a month. All the vet stuff is covered.

That's crazy. Call your state Attorney General's office and file a complaint they'll look into it. Sounds like they just want money for their own existence 😳

A little deep on their investigation of your finances there dbed. But, they do have the dog's best interest to consider. Even with the mention availability of getting dog insurance they have no reason to believe you will pay it.
Outside space and home size was what our breeder that I dealt with was in need of knowing. They brought my max to the house and said no guarantees until they saw the place.
Once they saw it and I provided what was needed, ( living necessities for the dog ) they would return with Max. Following week Max was home with us.

Hey Ed,
Have you checked with any shelters in KC, Lawrence, or Topeka?
present co excluded from this one; bumper sticker i saw in fla
adopt a pet/abort a baby?
For our two we have a Wellness plan insurance and it costs us about $112 a month and we have a fenced in about 1/2 acre back yard. Gives me exercise to walk it picking up you know what, so a win win. I am willing to spend to keep my two fit who give me joy. Our four legged kids have a history of being with us in excess of 15 years. If you are going to have them in my opinion you need to take care of them. They are totally dependent on me.

I'm sorry, but that's bull. People in New York City have dogs, haven't they heard go dog walks and parks.
