How is fishing for Redear, Large and Smallmouth Bass and Strippers at Bill Williams /Havasu lake inlet? Would appreciate any info. Can't wait to get fishing. What does the water temp need to be to get the fish active?

Fishen Andy, it’s still a little Cold to be Fishing for Redears at Havasu…. That’s not saying you can’t because you can ! LOL I usually start at the end of April & early May ….it will start to warm up then. I have had my best Luck fishing in (Coves) in Water about 15 to 20 ft Deep.

Lots of Bass in that Lake Big ones ! They always having Tournaments and people come from all over to Fish it. I Fish for Bluegills,Redears, Channel Cats & Flatheads. I think you can catch Crappie year round. The Redears are Huge ! To Big for Bait for the Flatheads I am looking for. I take my Boat down to Havasu about 7 times a year, 160 miles from my House In Henderson Nevada ….but it’s fun Fishing !
