Love it too Al, I know everyone’s got their favorite chili recipe but this is a pretty darn good one to use with venison grind. We always butcher our own and with the exception of making bologna or sausage don’t add any pork or beef fat, you’d never know it from the taste. If anyone’s up for a try on a new twist of chili I’ll post you, I think you’ll like it.
