It's fresh water where we were, and switches to salt at West Point where it meets the Pamunky to start the York.

Not yet. I've only made it out a couple of times, and both times we were using worms to go after cats. I'll be doing some lure work next...
Nice catch, wish I could the same. I live within a few miles of that area. Are you fishing from the bank? If so, is it near the bridge or upstream? Never fished there before but would like to. Thanks for the photo.
