I am new to Fishing Stage and would like any up to date information for Lake Livingston in Texas. Preferably the upper end and the river at Riverside. I like fishing with my grandkids for blue cats, white bass and crappie. Information will be appreciated.

Welcome to the stage Freddie, I haven't been to Livingston since last fall so I'm no help.
You might check the TPWD website or check with a local marina/bait shop, good luck and we like to see your catch

Thanks. I have checked with TPWD and it is pretty much for the lower end of the lake, the big water.

CamT, Here is the latest fishing report.

Livingston

SLOW. Stained; 65 degrees; 0.00 feet at pool. White bass are slow suspended in deep water. The majority of white bass will start to push towards creeks and river to the spawning grounds. Catfish are good on the main lake drifting with cut bait in deeper water. Striped bass are slow. Largemouth bass are slow. Report by Jeff Friederick, Fishin’ Addiction Guide Service.

Thanks. I normally fish the upper end and river of the lake but I might go try the drift fishing for blues on the big water. I will let you know how it turns out if i do.
