Maher will still start today. The new guy is on the practice squad. Who knows cause if he miss the first field goal then the guy is sure to go in. He’s already been on 4 teams since 2020. We’ll see what happens. Just hope Dallas play like they did Monday night.

I know what you mean there are some teams I don't like but don't know why, maybe its just their name or logo.

We will soon have a field goal kicker! My Grandson, Ike has lettered every year in soccer. This past year, the football kicker quit. The football coach drafted Ike! He had him on the field, kicking from 10, 20, 30 and 40 yards and Ike made each kick. He is the striker for the soccer team this year. I am hopeful he will get a college field goal kicker scholarship. He is a leader on this team without being dictatorial. Just Sayin...RJS

If he doesn't get that scholarship for football, just a bit of info for you to pass on to him. My brother was offered a scholarship from stanford for socker. The ivy league schools take their socker pretty serious. Side Note: he took a full academic scholarship from Stanford after his first year of Soccer, so he could spend more time studying rather than on the field.
Pro soccer players did not get paid well back in those days.
