Good morning boys and girls it's 44 with rain goin to a high of 60 an thunderstorms moving through. Y'all be safe out there. Fly watch your footing ya don't need another slip an fall 😳 Betts I believe the grandson likes that snow 🤪 I know my granddaughter's do just haven't had much here this winter 😳

37* and overcast. Up for a 9am doctor appt. Mine retired and trying out a Holistic Woman Doctor. So far they aren't getting good marks. Asked them not to send texts, they sent text about 'early check in'. First office visit cancelled and wanted to have a "telehealth" visit instead. I said NO so today is another appointment. Asked for a script for physical therapy at Kessler, at first they wouldn't give it, then tried to set up a "telehealth" on phone which didn't work but gave me enough anxiety to have heart problems. Last chance today. Question is ...Where can you find a GOOD doctor today? They've all been bought up and work for the system. Atlantic Healthcare, Athena Healthcare, It's crazy. And this is why my dentist and now doctor have retired. They can't stand it either!

Thanks, back from doc already. Bloodwork says elevated Magnesium..that;s a new one and need more D3, already take some so I'll up it. Problem is 324 Cholesterol, uhhh. Can't take Statins, already tried. Taking Citric Bergamot that helped my friend lower hers but it hasn't helped yet. Diet is good , only allow fried food once every 2 wks, don't eat junk food or potato chips, etc. Have switched to peanuts in shell for movie watching snack, she says that's the magnesium. Swith to almonds, so I'll try it. My downfall is cheese. I LOVE cheese. Have cut way back but haven't been able to stop it completely. So I wait for the Cardiologist appt. Feb. and guessing he'll put me through a barage of tests. Oh well, what else do I have to do? TA DA!!

Check on taking Niacin, Kandy. It’s supposed to lower Cholesterol. It may help… 🐟on

Bummer, Kandy. Seems like whenever I hear that I should cut down on a food item, it makes me crave it more. Especially this time of year. Wishing you good health and good luck.

Yep, plow and large dump truck, just like the DOT. He’s all about the trucks right now, lol.
