Send it to New York city, I read recently that they haven't had any snow since March of last year.

This is what it usually looks like this time of year. NOT missing it but it sure is gloomy out.

That 331 was a Chrysler
You are right it was a Chrysler. 1951 they built the first generation 276 cu inch hemi and following years the 331, 354, and 392. The second generation was a 426 that was banned from nascar until Chrysler made production cars with that motor. And they went crazy on the drag strip. My friend whose dad had the hemi powered 53 ford, built a 51 dodge with a331 hemi when we were in highschool. Then he had a 1951 ford woody wagon with the 331. He later built a32 ford coupe with a 671 GMC blown 392 hemi. And his last streetrod he built was a 53 Plymouth 2 door wagon with a red ram 276 cu inch hemi. He was a mopar or no car guy. I’m a all Chevy guy, but my wife’s rod is a 37 ford -5window coupe with a ford 351 Cleveland motor putting out around 400 hp. My rod is a 56 Chevy truck with a 350 Chevy motor. I’m Almost 79 and still like driving hotrods.
Jan '69 my ship DD-879 USS Leary pulled into Frisco from Nam. When I went on Liberty I called home to Florence, Arizona. It's 1/2 way between Phoenix and Tucson. My Dad Said,"Don't home home from LA, go to Diego and come across." "Why?" "Flagstaff had a Snow storm and it hung between the mountains and the Rockies. 54 Inches in 10 hours, 8 feet in 24. people were going out once an hour to drive the cars around in a circle so they would be on top the snow." I stayed with ship back to Norfolk before going home on leave. LOL

Love that 56 Chevy! Is the color an original production color?

Fishandrods, since you're a Chevy hotrod guy you should Iove this photo.
Best way to make a Ford fast is to put a Chevy engine in it!

We had a guy when I was in HS, that put a 328(?) in line in the rumble seat on a Model T. he had to be going 20+ miles an hour for the 328 to kick in. Off the line you could beat his old 4 banger with roller skates, but when he hit 20 MPH, Whose!
When I was living in Sunny Slope at the north end of phoenix in 58-59, it was normal to see 3 Duces sticking up through the hood. When Phoenix Annexed Sunny Slope on Friday they didn't notify the papers until Monday. the Phoenix Police on Monday had 2 officers next to a wall. One laying down and one standing. the Tickets were 6 foot high by 6 foot wide. They could chase the hot rods that were drag racing into Sunny Slope and ticket them. LOL

When I go to car shows I get most complements on the color. It’s called teal metallic. It is from a ford F 150 truck from the 90s. I’ve never seen the color on any other vehicle at the many shows Ive been to since 2015 since I’ve had the truck.
