I know what you mean brother. I went out New Years Day for a few hours and didn't even get a bite. Still gonna be awhile before we'll be able to get out, AND CATCH FISH.

In the long run (rest of the year) I believe the fishing will be great! We've got water running in our irrigation canals right now, putting rain water in so many holding ponds/small lakes that use to be dry the last 3 years, ππ

remember when I was a kid back in the late 1950's or early 60's living in San Jose during a wet winter and we would float a rubber raft down our street that was curb to curb water
