Do plastics go bad if never unsealed. (Get brittle--lose scent etc.)

I have two year old unopened Berkley power bait that is still good. I think the brand may have a lot to do with it, as well as the storage temperature

As long as they're still sealed up they should be OK.

If stored properly they last a long time. Some will dry out fast. Gulp n zman plastic are two I've experienced that problem.

Keep them seal and out of the sun and they should be fine.

No
But here's a trick I use
After I open a bag and use it I'll put my worm 🪱 in a zip lock plastic bag and pour table Salt 🧂 in the bag it's and old trick that works great and gives the 🪱 a blood tast to the Bass, been using it for years, also some guys use fresh coffee ☕️ grounds.
Good luck
And safe trips on the water

Mann's Jelly Worms.
Now there's something I haven't heard in some decades.
Strawberry was always my go-to.
I still have 20-year old Producto Tournament worms that are ready to go.

Grizzly 17,
At 70-years old, I still haven't relieved the addiction of having enough plastics; especially in SoCal where the drop shot rules.
I have bags and bags and bags of Kreatures, Fat Ikas, lizards, Senkos (#1 in my region), RoboWorms that I will will to my sons. Got way more than I can ever use. I didn't know Mann's was still available. Looked at them and they seem to be molded a bit differently from what I grew up on in New York State.
