Morning all! Rain again, been dreary for a few days now. 37 too cold for me to go to the beach, not even for a walk.
Played a tennis match in Westfield with NO HEAT in the building, not sure why but everyone was freezing and my ankle tendon rebelled. Entire top of foot black and blue and that peroneus tendon causing pain. Hoping a few days off it will bring it back to normal. And we lost to boot. [Thought of the Day here]

Sorry to hear that, kandy, it might help the pain and take the swelling down if you would put some ice on it and keep it elevated. This is an Ol' Coach speaking. Not a tennis coach.

Might be wishful thinking on that few days Kandy. Heck a paper cut these days takes a week to heal.

Not much going on today, a little cleaning, take both vehicles through the car wash, and I guess the highlight of the day will be my walk.

Yes, thanks. I've been doing that. It's a little less painful in the tendon itself today.
