Any advice besides staying home and doing something else with the water quality. Yes the water level is super high and it’s freshening up in the delta but it’s chocolate milk color. Any advice if it’s wait out the storms I have a few songs I need to get down on guitar. Maybe hit the gym more get my fishing biceps back in tone. Lol thanks gang.

I would definitely suggest that you wait till the weather clears for a few days and things dry out and clear up a little.
Right now with the water clarity and the fast water it's still movin a lot of trash down the rivers and I think you'll have a lot of trouble fishin in it. Much less catchin anything.
Course, I guess you could find some little lake or something that might be more fishable sooner.

So I’ve been to big break Antioch oakley bridge pier Holland tract rio vista pier and the land of no Oxford commas. The delta looks like chocolate milk so I’m just gonna take time off. Holland tract had the clearest water a few days ago I even saw a sea lion feeding there so no bass. Big break is lovely when it’s not pouring rain. A buddy of mine had his leader bent straight by a sturgeon out there on fresh cut pike minnow. The fish are there but the water needs to flow out. Well good luck gang keep me informed. Also if you can’t see the road do not drive through puddles and stay safe. Later. Derpddizzle (my nephew gave me that name he is 8)

Wait until rain stops and weather clears up. Then take a boat out and look for cover such as tules covered partially with water along an edge, etc.. Take a rattle trap and cast 30-40 feet right to the margin of the tules.. Stripers will position near cover in these conditions to find bait in chocolate water, etc... I got two big stripers doing this, both on first cast years ago in Feb. in a very wet year.
