Well guys, Sue and I've will have been married 48 years tomorrow. Sure doesn't seem that long. On the other hand we've been through so much together that I don't see how we managed to cram ALL that stuff into that little bit of time.
Hopefully we'll live through all these moves we're tryin to get done and then settle back down to a more relaxed life again by the end of 2024.
I know there are a lot of us on here that have been married as long as we've been and some even longer.
However, it seems that that way of life isn't around as much anymore. Such a shame.
Y'all take care and stay safe and dry.

Congratulations Steve and Sue. It takes special women to put up with a lot of us guys. Mine has stuck with me for almost 44 years and put up with my nonsense six years prior to that very special day.
Again, congratulations to you both and keep up the great example for many to see. God bless you both in the time ahead.

Congratulations. You picked a good time of year to make your commitments. Mary and I are 1 day ahead of you plus a few years.

I still offer my condolences to you Wuffy. I know there are a few more on here that have also lost their wives.
I just can't imagine my life without Sue. Yet we know that day is comin for us ALL.
Either one or the other will face losin their partner. That day will always be a hard one no matter when it comes. My prayers go out to the ones left behind.

Congratulations, Steve and Sue on a great accomplishment!
Like I always say -
with God, ALL things are possible!
Without Him, Myrna and I would have never made 40 ….

48 is no small feat. Are you thinking of plans for your 50th?

We went to Australia for 3 weeks on a custom tour. We used Latitude South as our travel agents and they make a great custom trip. I can highly recommend them.

No, not really. Hopefully we'll have moved into a house down in the Brentwood area from Tahoe by the end of '24. So we will just have been in our new house for a little while when we celebrate out 50th.in Jan '25.
Guess you could say we're buyin a house for our 50th.

OH YEAH, and I'm buyin a new boat then too.
