Telling the truth may hurt one’s feelings for a while,
but a lie may last forever.
Both good ones plumb, I can’t however say I’ve never told little white lies to spare someone’s feelings.

Absolutely Bob. The truth may hurt some feelings. Lies will destroy trust. Which one heals the fastest. Broken trust is one thing I feel never completely heals. Truth will set you free. Lies will bury you. 👍

Now you went and done it Plum. You brought up the one thing that to me is the most important part of every relationship. HONESTY. Can’t have a good relationship without it.

As long as they never find out Brad. It's something we probably all have done. After my divorce I started to develop a new attitude. If you don't want the truth don't ask me the question. Has it gotten me in trouble. Of course. 🤣. Be tactful when answering👍
The truth is so .uch easier to keep track of.

True that Wulffy. Really puts a strain on a relationship especially when we hold back from saying anything knowing the lie was told.
It's not easy to call out someone, but if the truth hurts it is nearly self inflicted.

It's hard enough at time remembering the truth Jim. The older we get the more we have to remember. Now it takes awhile to access the data banks. 😊

Good morning, plum. More good ones to think about. Thank you and have a good day.
Sometimes "wisdom" is knowing when to keep your mouth shut. If you do something "wrong", apologize. My guess is you didn't do it "wrong" on purpose, so say you were mistaken, you are sorry, and move on. Life's to short for those battles.
Good ones pb, have you raised the bar for 2023?
Good ones for sure Plum and ones we all need to practice
