Went to visit the MIL for 5 days and got back yesterday. Wife started cooking. Had Oyster stew last night from some local oysters. She made some catfish stew for tonight's supper and today she made some smoked fish dip using Whiting for snacking on while watching the Miami Dolphins making there way in the playoffs.
