Fished for about an hour before lunch with my buddy. Caught 7 LM. One was small enough for my buddy but I let it and the others all go back to grow some more. 6 we’re in the 2 to 3 lb range. Haven’t started fattening up yet.

Was down there last week after the cold spell slowed them down usually do great there but this was our biggest catch of the day this year

Thanks that’s at headwaters lake if you’re in the area it and stick marsh is great places to fish I’m thinking they’re both catch and release areas but not sure may check rules if you consider trying those areas
