Good morning Stagers.
31* now, with a high of 32*. We got some snow last night, but not nearly as much as they we talking about. That would be a good thing.
Did you hear about the beautiful wedding? Even the cake was in tiers.

Mornin Leo and all. 45° today down to 32° tonight. At least no rain today..
Chiropractor again tonight.. seems like I've been a bit rough on myself lately.. LOL

And you know better than that too, Doug. A lot of people do not think much of chiropractors, but I think they can help a lot of ailments. I'm a firm believer in ultrasound. I even had an ultrasound machine in my wrestling room. I sent my wrestlers to them all of the time. Good luck.

Since the Wifeys auto accident 2 yrs ago, we've found a Chiropractor / Neurologist. Same one that help Sidney Crosby play again after a serious concussion.. Great guy. Won't string you along like many do. I've learned that if the back is out, get it put back before the muscle memory begins to hold things where they don't belong!

Phone says it is 30, whereas, the computer says it is 32. A high of 34 later, so that’s about it!

Good morning Leo, Doug, Troy and guys and gals rubbing their eyes. Reading your all's back suggestions spark some painful day memories.
Sure is a reminder we aren't getting younger and lift with the knees and not the back.
My best back ache deterrent is a pillow between the knees when sleeping on my side.

Talking about memories plum, Before I had my C-Pap Machine which forces me to sleep on my back. I used to enjoy sleeping with my bride's leg between my knees. Would that have the same effect? Oh, you would know, you haven't had my bride's leg between your knees. Or, have you?
