We got a call last night from SIL, Dan's mom, he has had all the tubes removed, the dialysis treatments stopped and can now eat any thing he wants. He ate part of quesadilla and part of a smoothie....REAL FOOD!!! It's been a 6 MONTH struggle in the hospital for him and his wife (she's stayed with him in the hospital for the last 5 weeks). He was able to stand for 3 minutes yesterday; two weeks ago he couldn't even sit up as he was too weak. At long last he seems to be on the mend/ Praise God and thank all of you for your prayers.
