Wondered where? End of Hiawassee river, looks great, gotta check it out next trip north! Big lake with lots fishy looking shorelines and deep water cats somewhere?

Lake is very clear. Nice bass you can see! I think 🤔 night fishing 🎣 would be great. Been in fla. since 1954 and fla. is the capital of the world 🌎 for fishing! I will NOT use live bait! Any one can catch a bass using live bait!!!

Locals kind of tight lipped there? What secrete`s are they not telling! Seeing schools of small mouth bass? Down size lures to little crawdad crank baits that dive down deep!

Thanks, I tried a crawdad for 2 hours and not a bite! I fish 🐠 by the moon 🌝 on fresh waters, 5 days before the full moon and 5days after the full moon. For salt water,I go backwards. Works all the time!!!🌝

Use a sonar to find the fish first and use proper color lures. Lizard type lures would be my choice; Salamanders are a natural food source in those lakes.

Thanks, I did a lot of magnet fishing around the boat ramps and got a lot of lizzards! Same type and color! Could not believe the aaa batteries and aa batteries! Boaters pack it in but show kids to chunk it in the water!! I love the sign that st.johns river has everywhere on the river, IF YOU ABUSE IT, YOU WILL LOSE IT! Garbage cans are everywhere!!! No excuse!!
