I think I started having aches and pain in my joints on Monday of this week. Since our Covid test kit was out of date, my wife picked up a new kit today. She was negative but I was positive for Covid.

I have been experiencing muscle aches, coughs and off and on a runny nose. We had been back to visit friends at our old church in Houston. On Monday, I received an Email from one of the old class that at least 4 of their number had tested positive!

So, I joined the group and tested positive. We will stay isolated for five days, then another test. I really don’t feel terribly bad, just uncomfortable with these aches and pains, and a runny nose. It isn’t any different than a cold or a mild case of the flu, so far.

We are to stay quarantined for five days and then run another Covid test. I will keep you posted. Believe me, this isn’t any fun, but not as bad as one might expect. Just Sayin…RJS

There is an oral treatment you can get if you do it soon. It helps to make sure the symptoms stay mild. Doctor can prescribe after a phone call. May be worth looking into. Just sayin… J

Hope you feel better soon RJ. Zinc, vitamin D and vitamin C are great supplements to aide and prevent respiratory infections. It’s kinda late now but they can make a difference in a speedy recovery.

My tennis friend just had family [grandkids] visiting from San Fransico . Ended up in bed now for over a week and couldn't even talk for a couple of days. Says not Covid but sure masks like it.
I'm going back to a mask in public and keeping a hand sanitizer in my purse. Bad bugs are bad bugs whatever you call them.
Stay safe everyone so you can enjoy the Holidays!!

Wise move Kandy. I know some say masks don’t work but I’ve seen that they do. The year plus I wore a mask in public was the healthiest I’ve been in my whole life. Didn’t catch so much as a cold!

Keeping you in my prayers RJS! And I start all my prayers for you with. Just sayin…

Right on with the mask. They may not work but it makes more sense than chance that I haven't even had a sniffle in three years.

Agreed but I find most folks respond better to a gentle nudge.

Tight lines

Hey Robert; I have been listening to holistic doctors since the start of Covid. They all say it is a bio-weapon, not a virus. the PCR test is not accurate and nearly everyone who takes it tests positive. Covid is not that dangerous but the vaccine is poison. Check the CDC's website openvears.com and see the adverse effects and death that people have reported since the vaccine has been out. VEARS stands for vaccine adverse effects reporting system. doctors are supposed to report to VEARS when there are reported effects from vaccines. Congress is finally starting to look into the deaths and adverse effects of the vaccine. The vaccine has killed more people than all the other vaccines combined in just the first 3 months of its release and nobody in the media or our so-called government is saying anything about it. Anyway, Dr. Aris has done extensive research into the fact that snake venom is what Covid really is and they are putting venom in the vaccines. He says that nicotine is an anti-venom and a cancer cure that has been covered up by big pharma. People who smoke don't get covid. You can look up video interviews of Dr. Ardis on Brighten.com. He talks a lot about the nicotine receptors in our brains and organs that God put in us for a reason. He says to chew nicotine gum 2 milligrams twice a day. It's not the nicotine that is bad it is smoking that is harmful.

Paxlovid works

That is what was prescribed for me. Wife and I did well and the most fever I had was 101.4. Over it now (happened in mid Aug) and now we have additional immunity. We had both shots and one booster.
