We normally bring an extra trolling battery and charge it in the room. If you have an onboard charging system on your boat we can easily run a cord from the room to your boat. If it works out and u would like to get a room I will call and request rooms # 8 and #7. I don’t think that it will be a problem booking those two rooms this close to the holidays. Sorry but I don’t have their phone number. Look them up online. Rio Sands lodge, Rio Vista Ca. Hope this helps. p.s it’s not the Hilton, but the rooms are nice and clean.

Just spoke the the folks at Rio Vista bait and tackle told that a lot of nice sized stripers are being caught in the upper sloughs bait fishing with live mud suckers. Had great success doing that in the past. He said that every customer today that has been in is buying them. (Still $4 a pop) he said that he hasn’t heard of anyone trolling or working artificials.and catching. He said that the main river is running high and full of debris and sea grass. Most likely why the sloughs would be one’s best option.
