Good morning, Jer. I can answer that question even in the early morning. Definitely Not! My theory is, "If you are going to dance, you must pay the fiddler." She should pay the fiddler, and we will keep "The Merchant of Death" where he belongs. A no-brainer. But then, so is Biden.
