A note on the dry rub--I make a large batch because I Put This Stuff In Everything (my bottle is labeled PTSIE).
When I smoke fish I use the same 1c plain salt not Iodized & 1c sugar, cover fish with water over night then pat dry with paper towel then smoke in smoker .Going to try your Rib PTSIE next time sounds good Thanks Papa D
