It’s been two years since I’ve been to Fourchon. Covid, work, more work. Never seemed like it would end or I’d get a break. Lo and behold, I had an opening and took it. Drove down yesterday afternoon and fished. Spent the night, got up early and fished again. Wound up with 29 specs. Lots of fun. Still have the touch. 😁

I see many dinners there 4. Trout stuffed with crab meat, fried, tacos, slice of lemon, and maybe make a trout cake instead of crab cakes for dinner.
Side plate of Gordon's shrimp, a heaping spoonful of grits and what time should 29 of us be there?
