Always a good idea to be prepared Kandy!
Don’t start with a .45, though.

That is the perfect place for you to take the daughters boyfriends, that would put the fear of “Danger” in them. 😂

Is he dead D I've always enjoyed shooting handguns. Good one that is. Never shot a Sig. Colts rugers S&W H&R Walther n my favorite my Hi- Standard Citation target pistol. Use to hunt squirrels with it. Young eyes open sights. 👍👍

D did you ever shoot the 50 cal handgun. Some kid had one at the range one day. Loud heavy n expensive as heck n that was several yrs ago. Then it was $1.75 per round.

Had a guy next to me in the range firing a 50 cal desert eagle. Every time he aqueezed off a round he pushed my Ruger 45 off target with the concussion.

You get the sharpshooter award on that round! That target figurehead must have a full blown migraine!

Those things are ridiculous in all reality.some say good bear gun. If I was in bear country n I need a self defense weapon it wouldn't be a semi. Big bore revolves won't jam. 👍

D the clubs I belong to won't allow human silhouette targets. The bigger club has a nice range out to 200 yards. Also has a competition steel target range out to 100 yards. That's a fun one brother 👍👍

We “played around” with a buddy’s Desert Eagle one night at the range. Beautiful machine, but that top ejection sent one down the back of my hoodie…that was special!!! 😉

I just ordered a 9mm
Ruger for cc from Cabela’s (Black Friday Sale) last week. It was 1/2 price, but I’ve never owned a Ruger. Any opinions from anyone on them? I used to have a cheap 9mm High Point years ago, but most of my handguns have been S&W. Just curious….
