A doctor was addressing a large audience about healthy eating habits.
He said "The material we all put into our stomachs is enough to have already put most of us in our graves. Red meat is certainly not good for us. Soft drinks corrode our stomachs. Chinese food is loaded with MSG. High fat diets can be disastrous and no one realizes the harm caused by germs in our drinking water. But, there is one food that is the worst of all.
Can anyone here tell me what that food is that can cause suffering and grief years and years after ingesting it?"
After a moment of quiet an old redneck in the back of the audience stood up and timidly suggested...
