Have the steelhead starting moving in from Lake Erie? We were in Madison on the Grand River Saturday neaara Hogback Ridge, (11-5) and saw nothing. Any tips?

I looked it up and it says that steelhead run from Oct. - May. I would fish near the mouth of the river if you can. Good luck and post your pictures.

Fish the grand at Beaties landing in Painesville township or north of there. I don’t think we’ve had enough rain for them to get to Hogsback yet. Haven’t fished it this year but I grew up in Perry and my family is still there.
