I am wanting to do some crappie fishing and Abiquiu Reservoir or Santa Rosa Lake are probably the two closest bodies of water for me. Anyone catching in “Fall Crappie” At either location? If so, would live info so I can plan a day trip. I will be bank fishing, as I don’t own any type of watercraft. Thanks in advance.

I have never been to Abiquiu but Santa Rosa lake is hard to get close to the water

Ute lake had pretty good white crappie fishing Lake Sumner had black crappie. I didn’t have luck this past summer at either lake.
