no and yes. no education and past accomplishments don't really matter. I can't remember any president or VP who wasn't made fun of for slip ups and dumb things they have said. this is about political humor not political accomplishments and since your party is in office now they will be the blunt of political humor so yes give me a break it happens to all presidents and VP. but if you want to shift this to political accomplishments of the current VP as VP then go ahead but I think you will find there is far easier to find things to poke fun of than hold up as an acomplishment
