On a computer have the picture you want to post in a download file.
Hit quote reply or reply and at the bottom left you will see choose file.
Hit choose file and it will take you to your files.
Double tap the pic you want to send.
Then hit the Add Attachment near center of page. Download time may take a minute pending speed of your device.
For phones basically the same, just different ways to get in files per different phone .
