Lost one of Nebraskas good fishermen this past week. When your on the realy big lake's here in Nebraska you need to keep up with the weather. Wind came up and capsized there boat and only one suvived. Be aware of changing weather conditions, and stay safe.

That is sad news. It is my opinion that if you fish from a boat, sooner or later you will find yourself in a hazardous situation. You need to practice and think about what to do ahead of any possible event. I know it is easier said than done, but it can save lives. Just Sayin...RJS

Happened in Pueblo Colorado this year. Large deck boat with 13 aboard. 8 kids I think. Freak wind capsized them. All kids wearing pdf's survived. Lost two adults. Yer right! Keep aware of the weather and wear your pfd!
