Hey Brian. We use the Cuttings Wharf boat launch. It's free , has a restroom and a free fishin dock, no license required even.
Even deep enough to launch big boats at. Main drawback is not a large parkin lot.
DON"T go there on Wednesdays or Saturdays. The duck hunters fill it up LONG before sunrise and there in NO parking for fishermen.
Cutting wharf you can goggle map it nice ramp and parking is great
