Went fishing with Ranger632

Well Ranger632 (David)we finally got out since June !!
We went to Modesto Res.
Put the boat on the lake and I swear 🤬 the Reservoir knew we where coming as soon as we put the boat on the lake it got windy !!
Dave , Steve and I went fishing any way !!
Dave caught the 1st bass and the second bass and then Steve caught his 1st bass we'll after about 5 or 6 fish in the boat I finally caught one !!
They were all small 😔
Well Ranger and Steve kept catching while I was trying to fish and managed to hand the boat in the water with the wind with the electric trolling motor !!
Well finally I looked over shoulder and said to them we'll if I can't catch any at least I'm a good Guide!!!
And both of them said Yes !!
Total count Ranger 10 bass and Steve 15bass me 1.
And we all had a great time and laught. It's great having guys you can fish with and in joy the day with.
Ranger is always welcome in my boat his a great guy.
And my buddy Steve.
Sorry no pictures was handling the boat in the wind , but Ranger632 posted yesterday.

Been there...got a Terrova with the spot lock and autopilot, hard wind and that thing will keep the boat going straight wherever you point it. It's a game changer for being able to forget it and fish. My wife, who is notoriously critical of my boat spending said "I don't know how much that thing cost but whatever it was it's worth every penny".

That's my next thing for the boat.
I just have to save a few $$ !
Differently after Christmas.
When it gets windy it will wear you out.
