Well Bob I write it down 90% of the time. Then I forget to take it with me let it in the truck or look at part of it then get sidetracked in the fishing department n forget to read the rest of the list. Volume on the radio I turn mine down then off. Bugs car turn it on n suffer ear damage 😵💫😵

Those are spot on! What I hate is I keep my radio tuned to either Classic Country or Rock & Roll and some dummy has changed it to Rap giggy low giggy mo giggy no!!!

With you on the ear damage Griz. I tell Juice each time no wonder you nearly hit the truck pulling in each time, can't hear yourself think.

It's the same way when we watch TV in the same room. She watches for awhile n then turn it up I can't hear it. My ears are ringing n she starts reading crap on fb. I hit mute then she says I can't hear it. Then I tell her if she expects me to listen to her I have to turn it down. She wanted to watch Yankee game. Turn the volume up n hasn't watched the game just FB 😵💫

My Mom was an outstanding cook, but during the big meals at Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter she was notorious for burning the dinner rolls as those were the last things in the oven. She could have used a smoke alarm which yelled “The rolls are done!” We always laughed, but ate them with a smile…(and lots of butter)
I still say it (with a smile) each time our smoke alarm goes off these days…
Luckily, with all the modern ways to set timers for everything, it doesn’t happen often anymore.
