Best pedestal boat seat for rough water

I run a Crestliner 1850 Fish Hawk. Much of my fishing is on Lake Powell on the Utah/Arizona border. It can get incredibly rough from wake boats and with the narrow canyon walls that do not allow the waves to dissipate energy.
A very good friend has had multiple back problems including surgery. I am aware of some shock absorber pedestal seating designed for this but have no experience with these. Any recommendations or advise would be appreciated.

Jim I've only seen them on fishing shows. I'm guessing they're worth the money. 👍

Second vote for the Smooth Move. Pricey at about $800 each, but your back will be happy!
