Loc: sunrise beach, mo
Greetings all, I go by “Zig” and I’m new to fishing. I’ve been watching fishing videos etc and even went so far as to get a livescope and terrova for my boat. So far I’ve caught a few crappie and large mouth. I’m staying in sunrise beach this week on lake of the ozarks. Such an expansive and deep body of water I have no idea where to start. Open to suggestions :)

Loc: Lake of the Ozarks
I fish sunrise beach area quite often. You'll find the crappie 8-15ft in the pockets of the bluffs right now or chasing shad schools. I was out last weekend and limited both days with ease. Bass will be more concentrated on the shad. I used 1/16 oz jigs for the crappie and large shad colored spinners or cranks for the bass. Good luck and good fishing.
