Plumbob was in bad need of a good shave and a haircut. He told his favorite local barber that he couldn't get a good shave anymore due to his wrinkly skin on his face.

"Put this small ball in your cheek, the barber said. It will smooth out your wrinkles and you will get a great shave." Bob put the ball in his mouth and later told the barber he had the best shave ever. But he was curious and asked the barber, "what would have happened if I had swallowed that small ball?

"Oh, you could bring it back in a couple days like the other guys did," the barber said.

Hoping the crappie start hitting soon in this cooler weather. We will see today and tomorrow. Have a good one ding dongs.

Doc wants to try to let ankle heal without surgery so going to take longer. I can walk up and down stairs but no sideways or Chubby Checker movements!

Hey Oz. Good night buddy. I've been on the road with my brother all day getting to the outer banks of NC. Got to Ocracoke and set up camp . Starting with fishing tomorrow. Hopefully we'll get my brother his first citation drum. Anything over forty inches. Other than that we had a beautiful sunset. Good night to all who come later. Hitting the rack early tonight.
