Was so nice to be out fishing at Sonoma lake this morning!! It was 58 degrees with cloud cover when I got there at 7:00am. I started out in a spot that I don’t fish much, but I new there was a drop off there with rocks! And sure enough they were biting, caught 3 small mouth and 1 large mouth this morning at Sonoma lake, I left the lake at 11:30am. Nothing big today but I sure miss catching small mouth bass. For there size they put up a good fight! The water level is lower then the last time I was at the lake, but you can still launch a boat safely and there’s plenty of water to enjoy what’s left of the lake!! Looking forward to some great fall fishing at Sonoma lake!! Good luck and be safe!!

Nice bass Matt, those smallies are definitely BIG fighters. Glad you had a nice day buddy.

You’re doing better than we did here Bass. We got a few this past week but they are not hitting well at all. Keep up the good work out there

Nice catching Matt. I love those Smalljaw. They fight way above their weight class. Thanks for the pictures.
